Taptica is seeking a Client Success Manager in our San Francisco office.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for advertiser growth, strategy, and communication. You will provide day-to-day management of mobile campaigns, including error-free implementation of campaigns, ongoing tactical client communication, reporting, and optimization. As a Client Success Manager, you will interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accountability for advertiser success
  • Serve as primary point of contact for designated advertiser accounts
  • Manage multiple accounts, monitor and analyze performance data to meet ROI targets, troubleshoot, and add value to each client’s business
  • Organize and coordinate communication between all involved parties, both internal and external
  • Communicate Taptica’s technological advantages to advertisers to enhance and increase their spend with the company
  • Articulate and contribute to the development of new opportunities allowing for growth of new and existing advertiser relationships
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in an account management or customer service role
  • Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks on time and on target
  • Meticulous attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data and information
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural and fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach
