Position Sales Manager, France
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to be the first person on the ground in Paris and help grow Taptica EU’s presence. As a leader in mobile advertising, Taptica is looking to expand its relationships with app developers and agencies in order to leverage our unique technology and extensive experience, and support a growing number of mobile campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Mobile RTB. We are looking for a high-energy hunter who is a strategic thinker with an internal drive and strong negotiation skills.
Taptica is offering a unique opportunity to get into the mobile advertising field.
-Prospect, qualify, negotiate and close new business deals with apps and brands in the French/EU mobile market
-Identify key decision makers and build relationships with advertisers and app developers
-Attend trade shows and networking events to make new connections
-Communicate Taptica’s technological advantages to advertisers to enhance and increase their spend with the company
-Articulate and contribute to the development of new opportunities to grow new and existing advertising relationships
-Understand the client’s business objectives and maintain good relationships with them
Desired skills and experience:
-Experience: 2+ years of experience in Ad Sales role (agency, ad tech, games, media rep, DSP)
-Strong internet domain knowledge (mobile advertising, app, DSP,CPI, Facebook advertising)
-Driven and ambitious with a positive professional attitude
-Excellent negotiation skills and strong sales capabilities
-Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis
-Ability to work independently in a multicultural start up environment
-High motivation and dedication with proactive approach
-Ability to work under pressure independently; goal-oriented
