Position Client Success Manager – San Francisco
Taptica is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our San Francisco office. In this role, the CSM will be directly responsible for advertiser growth, strategy, and communication. Our CSMs provide day-to-day management of mobile campaigns, including error-free implementation, ongoing tactical client communication, and downstream reporting and optimization. CSMs must be able to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, from sales and marketing, to executive staff members. Ideal candidates will have successful client relations management experience.
-First and foremost, to be accountable for advertiser success
-Serve as the primary point of contact for designated advertiser accounts
-Manage multiple accounts, advising on new product implementation, meeting ROI targets, troubleshooting, and adding value to each client’s business
-Organize and coordinate communication between all involved internal and external parties
-Communicate Taptica’s technological advantages to advertisers in order to increase their spend with the company
-Contribute to the development of new opportunities, allowing for growth of new and existing advertising relationships
Skills & Experience:
-Previous experience in Customer Relations
-English as a primary language
-Strong communication skills
-Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks, on time and on target
-Strong attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data
-Strong Excel skills
-Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural startup environment
-High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach
-Ability to work independently under pressure; goal-oriented
