Taptica is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our expanding Korea office. In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing a new revenue stream and for sourcing and generating ad sales revenue from key brands in the Korean online market. As a leader in mobile advertising, Taptica is looking to expand its relations with app developers and agencies to leverage our unique technology and extensive experience in order to support a growing number of mobile campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Mobile RTB. We are looking for a high energy hunter, who is a strategic thinker with an internal drive and strong negotiation skills. Taptica is offering a unique opportunity to get into the mobile advertising field.
-Prospect, qualify, negotiate and close new business deals with apps and brands in the Korean online/mobile market.
-Identify key decision makers and build relationships with advertisers, agencies and app developers.
-Attend trade shows and networking events to make new connections.
-Communicate Taptica’s technological advantages to advertisers to enhance and increase their spend with the company.
-Articulate and contribute to the development of new opportunities to grow new and existing advertising relationships.
-Understanding the client’s business objectives and maintaining good relationship with them
Desired Skills & Experience:
-Experience: + 1 years of experience in Ad Sales role (agency, ad tech, games, Media rep, DSP) and main verticals are mobile games, eCommerce, Travel, OtoO, App
-Strong internet domain knowledge (Mobile advertising, app, DSP,CPI, Facebook advertising)
-Driven, ambitious with a positive professional attitude
-Excellent negotiation skills and strong sales capabilities
-Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis
-Ability to work independently in a multicultural start up environment
-High motivation and dedication with proactive approach
-Ability to work under pressure independently; goal-oriented
