Position Personal Assistant to CEO & Travel Coordinator
Taptica is seeking a talented and motivated Personal Assistant to CEO & Travel Coordinator to join the HR team. This is a temporary position (7-8 months) with an option for a permanent position.
-Managing the travel arrangements for employees and company guests
-Managing the global communication with the company board members
-Calendar management and scheduling for internal & external meetings with executive functions
-Managing relationships and communications with investors, local and global companies
-Coordinating participation in events, conferences etc.
-Previous administrative experience – (in a Global High-Tech company – advantage)
-Mother tongue/Mother tongue level of English – Must
-Experience working with traveling agencies – big advantage
-People person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Multi-tasking, independent with excellent time management skills
Full time position (with a flexible hours) in central Tel-Aviv
