Responsibilities
  • Work with senior managers from different business units in the company on a global level
  • Review and draft a broad range of contracts and agreements from several fields including technology, business, professional services, and non-disclosure agreements
  • Provide practical legal counsel to various departments in the company and advise on different aspects of liabilities, legal restrictions and risks associated with the day to day business activities
Requirements
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in commercial law from hi-tech companies
  • A Law Degree from an accredited institution in Israel
  • Experience in a large and global organizations with complex business activities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships across the organization
  • Strong contract drafting skills, with deep legal and commercial understanding and analysis capabilities including experience in technology related licensing, data and privacy compliance
  • Ability to negotiate with internal stakeholders and external third parties to close transactions efficiently
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
  • Independent with initiative, self-drive and fast learning skills
  • Ability to work in a global fast-paced environment
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end development and ownership, from design to production

Our Client Success Managers provide day-to-day management of mobile campaigns, including error-free implementation, ongoing tactical client communication, and downstream reporting and optimization. Client Success Managers must be able to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, from sales and marketing to executive staff members.
