We are seeking an experienced and talented Financial Controller to join our finance department and become an essential part of our growing global company. Responsibilities
  • Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures and timelines
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating all accounting operational functions
  • Monitoring and confirming financial position by conducting audit, while interfacing with audit firms (local and foreign)
  • Analyzing the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, margins, costs, and compliance within budget
  • Being responsible for the monthly report to the board of directors
  • Tax - complying with local and foreign government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Managing and reporting monthly CF

Requirements
  • BA degree in accounting and public CPA certification- must
  • Internship in one of the big 4 accounting firms – high tech division
  • At least 5 years of field experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization

In this role, you will be directly responsible for advertiser growth, strategy, and communication. You will provide day-to-day management of mobile campaigns, including error-free implementation of campaigns, ongoing tactical client communication, reporting, and optimization. As a Client Success Manager, you will interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accountability for advertiser success
  • Serve as primary point of contact for designated advertiser accounts
  • Manage multiple accounts, monitor and analyze performance data to meet ROI targets, troubleshoot, and add value to each client’s business
  • Organize and coordinate communication between all involved parties, both internal and external
  • Communicate Taptica’s technological advantages to advertisers to enhance and increase their spend with the company
  • Articulate and contribute to the development of new opportunities allowing for growth of new and existing advertiser relationships
Requirements
  • Fluent in Chinese [Chinese as mother tongue is preferred]
