Taptica is looking for a Project Manager (PM) who will lead software projects at our R&D department. As Taptica’s PM you will be responsible for requirements tracking, defining project scope, and all activities related to timeline management. Also, you will be responsible for ensuring that engagement planning is realistic and that all relevant parties are aligned on project goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, definition, development, delivery and implementation
  • Plan and monitor the execution of software deliveries according to strict deadlines and quality benchmark
  • Agile - Managing all the agile ceremonies (DSM, Planning, Discovery, Retro etc.)
  • Interface with cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, Product, QA, Content etc.) to ensure that the scope, schedule, and resources are aligned across all teams
  • Manage short-term projects commitments as well as long term work plans
  • Be transparent, submit periodic updates & conduct lesson learns sessions upon completion of a delivery for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • At least 3 years as a R&D project manager
  • Experience working with technical teams and the ability to understand, translate, and break down technical requirements
  • Experience working with Jira (Jira Admin - big advantage)
  • Fluent English - Must
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study

Responsibilities
  • Guiding financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures and timelines
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operational functions
  • Monitoring and confirming financial position by conducting audit, while interfacing with audit firms (local and foreign)
  • Analyzing the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, margins, costs, and compliance within budget

As a member of the Help Desk support team you will resolve requests from our employees, set up new computers, and answer a variety of IT questions. Responsibilities
  • Administration and management of Office 365 and domain accounts
  • Daily management of Help Desk environment, troubleshooting, assigning, identifying, and resolving co-workers' desktop/laptop and mobile technology challenges
  • Configuration, installation, and implementation of the office technology infrastructure as needed (desktops, laptops, tablets, network, and servers)
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to improve the work/life quality of your co-workers, and to improve effectiveness and efficiency on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate processes of onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspective; setup of new computers and accounts
  • Support video and audio-conferencing requests
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and ensure that you are THE guru in the office regarding all the applications and services deployed
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support/Help Desk role (an advantage working for a company with 100+ users)
  • Experience supporting and maintaining a complex Office 365 for Business infrastructure
