In this role, you will be directly responsible for advertiser growth, strategy, and communication. You will provide day-to-day management of mobile campaigns, including error-free implementation of campaigns, ongoing tactical client communication, reporting, and optimization. As a Client Success Manager, you will interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accountability for advertiser success
  • Serve as primary point of contact for designated advertiser accounts
  • Manage multiple accounts, monitor and analyze performance data to meet ROI targets, troubleshoot, and add value to each client’s business
  • Organize and coordinate communication between all involved parties, both internal and external
  • Communicate Taptica’s technological advantages to advertisers to enhance and increase their spend with the company
  • Articulate and contribute to the development of new opportunities allowing for growth of new and existing advertiser relationships
Requirements
  • Fluent in Chinese [Chinese as mother tongue is preferred]
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an account management or customer service role

Taptica is looking for a talented Operations Support Engineer to join our Operations team!

In this role, you will work in close cooperation with the media and campaign management teams, providing technical support to Taptica partners and account managers.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor campaigns throughout life cycle, communicating with account managers and advertisers about issues as needed
  • Provide on-boarding guidance and instructions to the Ad-ops team members
  • Provide pre-implementation and post-implementation support to publishers
  • Coordinate with our R&D Dept. to provide assistance in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical issues
  • QA or troubleshoot 3rd party tracking links
  • Stay abreast of current and upcoming product capabilities
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Internet programming and debugging; familiarity with common browser-based debugging tools (LiveHTTP Headers, FireBug, Charles, Fiddler)
  • Experience with relational databases, including MySQL
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong general troubleshooting skills and attention to details when dealing with large amounts of data and information
  • Experience working with various ad networks and exchanges [advantage]
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to support global partners
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
