As Taptica’s IT Manager you will resolve requests from our employees, set up new computers, and answer various  IT questions. Responsibilities
  • Administration and management of Office 365 and domain accounts
  • Daily management of Help Desk environment, troubleshooting, assigning, identifying, and resolving co-workers' desktop/laptop and mobile technology challenges
  • Configuration, installation, and implementation of the office technology infrastructure as needed (desktops, laptops, tablets, network, and servers)
  • Identifying and implementing solutions to improve the work/life quality of your co-workers, and to improve effectiveness and efficiency on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitate processes of onboarding and offboarding employees from an IT perspective; setup of new computers and accounts
  • Support video and audio-conferencing requests
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and ensure that you are THE guru in the office regarding all the applications and services deployed
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support/Help Desk role (an advantage working for a company with 100+ users)
  • Experience supporting and maintaining a complex Office 365 for Business infrastructure
  • Experience supporting Mac, Linux, and Windows environments
  • Experience implementing and maintaining services such as Confluence, Jira, RingCentral, VPN, etc.
  • Ability to maintain, follow, and provide yearly budget
  • Service-oriented attitude and people person

Taptica is looking for an experienced and talented Director of International Publisher Development. This role will be part of the publisher development activity under the RhythmOne Exchange product, which includes responsibility for all international direct and 3rd party supply partnerships. The main scope is to enable the fulfillment of campaigns sold by our demand team across all device types (mobile/video/desktop), as well as deliver a high quality and unique supply offering to our programmatic marketplace.

As a Director of International Publisher Development, your primary responsibility will be to build an independent international business development team, in order to expand to new territories outside North America. Your role will include recruiting a team, which will research, hunt, approach, sell and manage potential partners. In addition, your responsibility will be to maximize business opportunities and achieve revenue targets, by showing a high-level of business development skills, as well as taking part in the core decisions and actions that shape the company vision and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting the account management and yield team, monitoring client services to ensure targets are being met
  • Developing a go-to-market strategy including budgets and target lists, as well as lead qualification processes
  • Maintaining high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners
  • Helping define the business development team processes, goals, and KPIs
