Position Account and Data Coordinator
Taptica is looking for a talented Account & Data Coordinator for a full-time position in our San Francisco office. This position requires a strong data-driven and people-oriented individual to support our Client Success team with some of Taptica’s leading accounts, and is an entry point into Taptica with growth potential for a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager role.
-Extracting and analyzing data and insights for campaign optimization
-Assisting CSMs in media planning
-Working with CSMs on campaign insights and summaries for client meetings
-Assisting CSM team in project management and reporting
-Monitoring campaign spend and pace while tracking ongoing activity on a daily basis
-Generating and building daily reports according to CSM needs
-Working with Sales Force and Taptica’s internal operating system
-Researching background information to provide consumer or market-led insights for briefs
-Passion and curiosity for innovation
-“Take-charge” personality, always looking for ways to improve processes
-Knowledge and experience using Excel, with capabilities to create pivots, graphs, filters, etc.
-Experience working in a fast-paced business environment – an advantage
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work independently and commit to deadlines
-Meticulously organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
-Strong mathematics and analytics background
